Vermouth Extra Dry

Origin: Italy
Primary ingredients: preferably young wines and specific herbs
Production process: It is prepared from base wine by adding mixture of herbs and spices. These additives are infused and macerated in a base white wine, than the liquid is filtered and fortified adding alcohol. At last, the liquid is sweetened with sugar and caramel.
Visual exam: pale straw color.
Olfactory exam: particularly rich and delicatetaste.
Taste exam: dry and delicate taste witha pleasantly bitter and persistent aftertaste.
Alcohol content: 18%vol.
