Montepulciano DAbruzzo Doc Dry

TASTING NOTES
Visual test: Dark, inky, red color.
Olfactory test:  Intense aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries, and herbs with undertones of licorice, black pepper, and smode.
Tasting test: Generous, yet pure on the palate, this wines ripe, round tannins and delicate acidity make for an excellent overall structure.
TECHNICAL NOTES  
Grape variety: Montepulciano and other authorised red grape varietals.
Wine-making: Crushing and soft pressing with traditional fermentation of the musts at controlled temperature.
Alcohol content: 13%vol.
Residual sugar : 5,5g/l

 

 

SERVICE NOTES  
Food pairing : Perfect when paired with pasta. It is well suited to main courses of pork, stewed mushrooms, polenta and sausage and mature cheeses.
Service temperature : 18°C
