Merlot Dry

TASTING NOTES
Visual test: Deep purple in color, Merlot is redolent with inky black fruit, sweet spice, and mineral -  all of which are woven together tightly.
Olfactory test: The aroma is intense with hints of cherries and cocoa.
Tasting test: On the palate the wine is juicy yet structured with abundant tannic that is polished and supple in texture
TECHNICAL NOTES  
Grape variety: Merlot
Wine-making: Crushing and soft pressing with traditional fermentation of the musts at controlled temperature.
Alcohol content: 12%vol.
Residual sugar : 6,5g/l

 

 

SERVICE NOTES  
Food pairing : Perfect with red meats, such as roast beef, boiled meats, roasts, seasoned cheeses and poultry. It can also be considered a wine for the whole meal.
Service temperature : 15-18°C
