TASTING NOTES
Visual test: Ruby red, tending to garnet with aging.
Olfactory test: Vinous bouquet, rich floral bouquet. The scent of violet must is a characteristicandspecificelementoftheChiantiClassico.
Tasting test: Harmonic taste, dry, sapid, slightly tannic, which is refined over time.
TECHNICAL NOTES  
Grape variety: Sangiovese and other authorised red grape varietals.
Wine-making: Crushing and soft pressing with traditional fermentation of the musts at controlled temperature.
Alcohol content: 12,5%vol.
Residual sugar : 0,5g/l

 

 

SERVICE NOTES  
Food pairing : It is an excellent accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes including grilled red meats or more elaborate meats. Ideal to accompany game dishes or a ged cheeses.
Service temperature : 15-18°C
